| Alternative House | The mission of Alternative House is to facilitate the creation of a society in which violence against women will no longer exist. As a means to this end, we offer shelter, support, options, counseling and advocacy for all battered women (and their children) who seek our help. |

Concord Family and Youth Services (CFYS) makes a difference in the lives of young people and their families. Headquartered in Acton, Massachusetts, with community-based program sites in surrounding towns, CFYS carries on the tradition of community service begun in 1814 by the Concord Female Charitable Society. |
| Each day, Bridgewell opens its doors to more than 2,900 people, providing services and supports that help each of them lead satisfying and full lives. We offer a wide range of programs for individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities, the homeless and children struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges. | |

| Tewksbury Community Food Pantry | The Tewksbury Community Pantry provides short and long-term food assistance to Tewksbury residents in financial need and to people who are referred to the Pantry by Tewksbury clergy and the town clerk's office. Confidential assistance is given to everyone who receives food from the Pantry. |

| Life Links | LifeLinks, Inc. is a private, non-profit company that provides services and supports in Southern N.H. and Northeast Massachusetts for people with developmental disabilities 24 hours/day, 365 days/years. Services include residential care, non-vocational day programs, shared living, independent living, family support and education & recreation activities. |
| Central Food Ministry | At Central Food Ministry in Lowell, Massachusetts, we strive to make the atmosphere one of hope and encouragement. The volunteers are guided by the following scripture verse - If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. (1 Corinthians 13:3). The volunteers witness to the clients by being cheerful, loving, caring and encouraging. |

| Lowell Transitional Living Ctr. | The Lowell Transitional Living Center is the last stop for many folks who have 'fallen through the cracks' of society's safety net. Many suffer from mental illness, and are struggling with issues of addiction.Others are experiencing financial difficulty due to an insufficient educational background and poor job skills. Still others are veterans of our foreign wars, working folks who cannot find decent, safe housing due to the nationwide shortage of affordable housing,young adults who age out of DSS/DYS (Department of Social Services / Department of Youth Services) and have nowhere to go and more recently, record numbers of senior citizens whose families have moved on or given up on them. |
| My Brothers Table | In the heart of Lynn, Massachusetts, My Brother's Table is a model of philanthropy in action. Founded in 1982, 2500 volunteers a year assist a small staff in serving a hot, nutritious meal 365 days a year. An average of 200 hungry, homeless, or lonely people are our dinner guests each day. This number has remained fairly constant for the past few years although the people who come are needier because of other social programs which have reduced funding as well as a tough job market. |
