Agency Shopping List
The order form is active Thursday at 3:00 p.m. until Monday at noon. Once all new product and stock is updated it will go live.
When placing your order please follow…..
- Please remember that MEFAP Produce is delivered on Monday late morning, so any new product is not available early morning!
- Your MEFAP Tier Level – when you don’t, we edit your order to reflect the number of cases your agency has been allocated and this is time consuming.
- The USDA limit which can change each week based on what we have in our inventory
- The limits imposed on donated food items – again we will edit the order to reflect the limits
- We may have limited quantities of a donated item and unfortunately there is not always enough to go around but we place a limit so that more agencies have the opportunity to access the donation
